Your Order’s Process

At BannerWorx, we adhere to an order process that ensures your signs will move through our shop quickly, and without error. You will be involved in the process at key steps to provide input and approvals.


Whether you contact us by visiting us in person, telephone, or email/website contact you will be assigned a BannerWorx employee as your single point of contact to work with you until your order is complete.


Our first step is to listen and understand your needs. Having a thorough understanding of how you expect to use your signs and what you expect them to accomplish will provide us with the foundation we need to assist with determining your best solution(s).


Armed with your requirements and our knowledge of the sign industry, we will discuss the options available and their associated benefit, cost, & time line considerations.


Together, we will arrive at the recommended solution(s) for your sign order.

Order Entry & Deposit

At this point, to move ahead with your order, we enter your order information into our system and take a deposit of 50% of the value of the order.


If needed, our designer will provide a layout for your signage, but we can also work with your existing design or designers. 


The sign design(s) are usually emailed within a day or two for your review. You may then work with the BannerWorx designer to make tweaks and changes to the design.


Once the sign design is just the way you need it, you must provide your final approval in order for production to begin.

Production & Completion

Your order then moves into our production queue. An estimated production timeline is provided and you will be notified when your order is complete. Final payment is generally required at the point of pick-up/delivery of your order.
